Job Description:
As a Real Estate Trainee / Junior Consultant at QAE Real Estate, you will start your career in Dubai’s dynamic property market by learning the fundamentals of sales, client handling, and market research. This entry-level role is ideal for ambitious individuals eager to grow into successful property consultants through structured training and hands-on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in property listings, CRM update, client meetings, and follow-up.
- Join site visits and learn closing techniques.
- Attend training sessions and market research meetings.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
- Maintain a professional image and positive attitude while learning on the job
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interest in real estate and willingness to learn sales and client service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a competitive environment

Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus
