Job Description:
As a Real Estate Marketing Executive at QAE Real Estate, you will drive awareness and lead generation through creative digital and offline marketing strategies. Your focus will be on promoting property listings, new launches, and brand visibility through coordinated campaigns and sales collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:

Design and execute marketing campaigns for property listings, project launches, and real estate events

Manage content creation and engagement across social media platforms and property portals

Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations

Coordinate with the sales team to plan targeted promotions and lead generation activities

Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on ROI and engagement

Maintain up-to-date branding across all touchpoints, both online and offline

Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external vendors for creative output
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor marketing activities
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property development

Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate portals and advertising channels

Excellent communication, content writing, and visual storytelling skills

Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and attention to detail

Experience in using CRM systems and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu) are a plus
