Overview

Al Safa is a residential area in central Dubai, home to the famous Safa Park.Al Safa is divided into two sub-communities namely Al Safa1 and Al Safa2. AL Safa is Primarily a residential community.  It borders Umm Suqeim, Al Wasl and Jumeirah. The community is also in closer proximity to the happening Downtown Dubai and the bustling Kite Beach. Al Safa’s residences enjoy an eventful lifestyle given its proximity to many happening districts in the city. The magnificent Dubai Water Canal also passes through the community, where the grand view of Dubai’s skyline can be sighted.

Safa Park

Safa Park  is a 64 hectares (158.147 acres) urban park located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is 10.53 km (6.54 mi) southwest of the traditional center of Dubai along Sheikh Zayed Road. The park is bordered by Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Wasl Road, Al Hadiqa Street, and 55th Street.

Al Safa is divided into two sub-communities namely Al Safa1 and Al Safa2. Both the communities are well established, offering tenants and investors a wide range of villas, apartments and townhouses to choose from.
