Job Description:

As a Real Estate Client Relationship Manager at QAE Real Estate, you will serve as the main contact for key clients and investors, offering personalized service throughout the transaction process and beyond. Your role is to build strong, long-term relationships by ensuring exceptional support, clear communication, and smooth coordination across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients and investors

• Build long-term client loyalty through trust, responsiveness, and personalized service

• Address client concerns, assist with documentation, and provide after-sale support

• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and legal to ensure smooth deal execution

• Track and manage client feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction

• Maintain an updated CRM with client interactions, preferences, and transaction history

• Organize client meetings, follow-ups, and property updates

• Identify potential upselling or referral opportunities through existing client networks

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in real estate or investment services

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver consistent service under pressure

• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer communication platforms

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and transaction procedures

• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or Chinese) are a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
