Job Description:
As a CRM & Lead Management Specialist at QAE Real Estate, you will ensure effective lead tracking, CRM updates, and data accuracy to support the sales pipeline and drive team efficiency. Your role involves managing the flow of leads, maintaining a clean database, and providing performance insights to management.
Job Responsibilities:

Assign incoming leads to relevant sales agents and monitor timely follow-ups

Maintain CRM database hygiene by updating contact records, lead status, and activity logs

Generate weekly and monthly lead performance and conversion reports for management

Track lead sources, campaign responses, and agent activity within the CRM system

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead nurturing workflows

Identify and flag inactive leads or bottlenecks in the sales process

Support agents in CRM usage and provide troubleshooting assistance when needed

Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies for lead handling
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or lead management, preferably in real estate

Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Proficient in data entry, reporting tools, and performance analytics

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and providing CRM training

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is an advantage
