Job Description:

As a Digital Content Creator at QAE Real Estate, you will produce high-quality visual and written content to enhance marketing efforts, showcase property listings, and boost social media engagement. Your creativity will help shape the brand’s digital presence and attract qualified leads through engaging and relevant media.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shoot videos, take photos, and create engaging reels for property tours and company branding

• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and descriptions for social media and website content

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and agents to plan content around listings and campaigns

• Edit and optimize video and photo content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

• Stay current with social media trends and real estate-related content strategies

• Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement

• Track and report on content performance using analytics tools

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company’s image

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography (real estate experience preferred)

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital platforms

• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Canva)

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimization strategies

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

• Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Hindi are a plus

• Portfolio of previous work is required during the hiring process
