Job Description:
As an HR & Recruitment Specialist at QAE Real Estate, you will attract top talent and maintain employee satisfaction through structured hiring, onboarding, and HR processes. Your role involves managing recruitment cycles, employee documentation, and fostering a positive and growth-driven work culture.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage job postings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions

Handle onboarding for new joiners, including documentation and orientation sessions

Maintain employee records, track attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll coordination

Promote a healthy company culture through team engagement, recognition, and feedback initiatives

Coordinate employee training and internal development programs

Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies

Prepare HR reports and contribute to organizational planning and talent retention
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within the UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in HR software, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office tools

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog are an advantage
