Job description

As an Off-Plan Property Specialist at QAE Real Estate, you will focus on promoting and selling new project launches from top developers across Dubai. Your role involves guiding investors and end-users through the off-plan buying process with in-depth project knowledge and market insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai

• Provide clients with detailed information on project features, payment plans, and handover timelines

• Conduct meetings, site visits, and virtual presentations with potential buyers

• Stay up-to-date with new project launches, market trends, and developer offerings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers

• Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on all qualified leads

• Assist clients with booking procedures, paperwork, financing  and coordination with developers

• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide regular updates to management

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in selling off-plan properties or working with top Dubai developers

• Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, especially new project launches and investment trends

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to explain complex payment plans, project timelines, and investment returns clearly

• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital presentation tools

• Strong client relationship management and follow-up abilities

• Multilingual candidates preferred (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or Chinese)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
