Job Description:
As a Real Estate Photographer and Videographer at QAE Real Estate, you will capture professional visuals of properties to enhance online listings, social media content, and marketing campaigns. Your role includes conducting property shoots, editing media to align with brand aesthetics, and coordinating with agents for timely coverage.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site photography and videography of residential and commercial properties

Edit images and videos to match the company’s branding and visual standards

Schedule and coordinate shoots with agents, landlords, and property developers

Deliver high-resolution photos and edited videos within project deadlines

Capture drone footage or 360° tours where applicable

Maintain and organize a digital library of media assets

Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate visual marketing

Operate and maintain professional photography and video equipment
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate or architectural photography and videography

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and real estate staging techniques

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Familiarity with drone operations and 360° virtual tour equipment is a plus

Good communication and coordination skills for working with agents and landlords

Portfolio showcasing previous property shoots is required

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Photography, Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred)

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
