Job Description:
As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager at QAE Real Estate, you will manage property portfolios for clients, ensuring tenant retention, asset performance, and operational efficiency. Your role involves overseeing leasing activities, maintenance operations, financial tracking, and client reporting to maximize returns on investment.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage property portfolios for individual and institutional clients

Handle leasing, maintenance, and financial tracking for all managed assets

Deliver regular reports on property ROI, occupancy rates, and operational performance

Maintain positive tenant relations and handle renewals, complaints, and conflict resolution

Coordinate with service providers and vendors for timely maintenance and property upkeep

Monitor market trends to advise clients on investment opportunities and risks

Ensure all properties comply with RERA regulations and local legal requirements

Oversee budgeting, expense control, and performance forecasting for managed portfolios
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in property or asset management, preferably in the UAE real estate market

Strong knowledge of leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant management

Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools

Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively

Familiarity with RERA regulations and legal compliance in real estate

Multilingual candidates are a plus (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)
