Job description
As a Property Consultant at QAE Real Estate, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties across Dubai. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships and providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate process.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist clients in property search, selection, and transactions

Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals

Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction

Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and pricing

Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential leads

Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
Preferred skills and qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing role (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, communities, and off-plan projects

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented attitude

Multilingual skills are a plus (especially Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or Chinese)

Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
