Job Description:
As a Real Estate Investment Advisor at QAE Real Estate, you will guide local and international clients in making informed property investment decisions in Dubai. Your role focuses on providing tailored investment strategies, analyzing market trends, and maximizing client ROI through smart property acquisitions.
Job Responsibilities:

Advise clients on profitable real estate investment opportunities across Dubai

Analyze market data, trends, and project performance to recommend high-ROI properties

Prepare customized investment proposals based on client goals and risk appetite

Stay updated on developer launches, payment plans, and market regulations

Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and high-net-worth clients

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and financial comparisons

Support clients throughout the buying process, including documentation and legal coordination

Achieve monthly sales and investment advisory targets
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate investment sales or financial advisory

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, investment hotspots, and off-plan projects

Excellent financial analysis, communication, and client advisory skills

Ability to present ROI forecasts and investment comparisons clearly

Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and presentation tools

Multilingual candidates preferred (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Hindi, or Urdu)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
