Job Description:

As a Real Estate Team Leader at QAE Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and driving a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets. Your role involves overseeing daily operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high team performance and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of real estate agents to meet individual and team goals

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and performance plans

• Allocate leads and manage listings effectively.

• Monitor team activities, provide coaching on closing techniques and CRM use.

• conduct regular performance evaluations

• Assist team members with closing high-value deals and handling complex negotiations

• Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and property exposure

• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal company policies

• Analyze market trends and share insights to optimize sales efforts

• Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, sales processes, and project portfolio

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

• Proficient in using CRM tools and reporting software

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and targets

• Multilingual skills are an advantage (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or Chinese)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)

• RERA certification is preferred
