RERA Form A

This is one of the RERA forms in Dubai that will outline the agreement between the seller and the listing agent. RERA Form A will include all the details of the property, including financial details such as service charges, mortgage status and payment schedules. It will also include how the property will be marketed, ensuring that the seller’s property will not be advertised on any portals that they have not agreed upon. After Form A has been signed, it will be approved by the DLD’s Trakheesi system, which will assign the property advertisement a permit number.

RERA Form B

When working with a real estate agent, it is best to work with one, qualified agent. A qualified agent will be able to find you the right property based on your needs. This agent will only work for the buyer. In this scenario, a buyer’s agent completes FORM B and the buyer(s) sign the agreement.

Ejari Unified Tenancy Contract

Ejari (Arabic for “My Rent”) is an official registration system launched by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under the Dubai Land Department (DLD). It is designed to regulate and legalize all rental agreements in Dubai.The Ejari system ensures that rental contracts are transparent, standardized, and enforceable by law. It protects the rights of both tenants and landlords.

Lease Brokerage Agreement (Broker and Tenant)

A Lease Brokerage Agreement is a formal contract between a licensed real estate broker and a tenant (or lessee) in which the broker agrees to assist the tenant in finding a suitable rental property in exchange for a fee.

This agreement is regulated under the supervision of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and helps ensure transparency and protection for both parties.

Lease Brokerage Agreement (Owner and Broker)

A Lease Brokerage Agreement is a legal contract between a RERA-licensed real estate broker and a property owner (landlord), authorizing the broker to market, promote, and lease the owner’s property on their behalf.

This agreement is governed and standardized by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) through RERA Form A.

Sales Contract

A Sales Contract, also referred to as a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Form F, is the legally binding agreement between a property seller and a buyer outlining the terms and conditions for the sale and purchase of a real estate property in Dubai.

This contract is governed by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) through the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

Form I Agent to Agent Agreement

Form I is a standardized contract issued by RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and managed by the Dubai Land Department (DLD). It formalizes the working relationship between two RERA-licensed brokers or brokerage firms involved in the same real estate transaction — typically one representing the seller/landlord, and the other representing the buyer/tenant.
